I'm not going to lie. I got a lump in my throat when I saw these pictures. I came out with a sad look on my face and said to dad "There is something you have to see" I pulled up these pictures and said "She goes down the slide by herself" Claire....you are growing to fast and it makes grandma sad.
I just want to reach out and grab little Claire and tell her how thankful I am for her. Her smiles have me smiling. The light in her eyes reminds me of the darkness of mine, but they change when I see Claire. She is truly a gift from God to be an instrument in His hands. She has touched my life and I am deeply humbled and awed by this precious child. Can you tell I love her? I hope she will come to know me and love me.
